    VOP is a comprehensive physician network containing more than 500 primary care physicians (PCPs) and specialists who cover 11 areas in the Rio Grande Valley. This includes Alamo, Brownsville, Donna, Elsa, Harlingen, Laredo, McAllen, Mercedes, Mission, San Benito and Weslaco.

  • What makes Valley Organized Physicians different?

    VOP has a unique model of healthcare that minimizes healthcare costs, maximizes employee options, and ultimately improves health outcomes. VOP gives your employees access to a broad network of physicians and specialists. Unlike other clinics that restrict their patients to a few locations, VOP has primary care physicians and specialists in their community.   • How can our business work with Valley Organized Physicians?

    VOP is currently part of Cigna TotalCare Medicare (HMO D-SNP), Cigna Preferred Medicare (HMO), and Cigna Fundamental Medicare (HMO) – MA only. If your business is not a participant in any of those plans, please contact your health plan and ask them about the Valley Organized Physicians Network.

    Businesses with their location(s) and employees located in the Rio Grande Valley area are an ideal fit for joining forces with VOP. This includes Webb, Willacy, Hidalgo and Cameron counties.
